First up there's Romania in May (I still need to see the circuit layout because I didn't even know they had a track there), followed by South Africa in September and Qatar in November.

Track length: 3180 m
Track length ideal line: 3106 m
Lap time: 75,3 sec. (FIA GT)
Average speed: 148,6 km/h (FIA GT)
I'd definitely like to see more races in this series. I'd also like to see it televised in Canada
Maybe they should try and run some races as support to F1 or even Champ Cars when they come to Europe.

There still seems to be confusion over the Bucharest race. The offical web site is listing the race but no practise or qualifying! I can't seem to get any other info. The other races this seem to be full steam ahead
The official GPM site has now removed the listing of the Bucharest race so we can take it as read that it will not happen.![]()

According to my editor following a conversation with Scott Poulter of GPM things are looking good for 2008. Quote "I had a conversation with Scott today and it seems there is a lot of work going on behind the scenes for 2008, trying to get new venues and countries on board..."
We are all optimistic for next year on the GPMasters online web site.![]()
