We have a couple basic RC cars in the house. Nothing too serious, or too expensive. The kids like crashing more than racing(speaking of demolition derbies).

I was at some kind of hobbie shop, I can't remeber where, and this guy had a full out race track set up with about 4 cars and was charging $2 for a 5 minute run/race. It was a neat set-up.

And I think it would also be interesting to have a demolition derby with those. Maybe that would be more interesting if the bodies were made of something a little less durable than hard plastic, so it would be more like the real derbies?
I love demolition derbies and the idea of racing RC's in demolition is great. You could have all the destruction without the risk to the driver.

Yes, that's why I love remote cars racing. You get the thrill without facing the risk. But I am not sure about the demolition derbies. I think it will cost me too much to participate in such derbies.
