    Rally de Espana 2008 (WRC)

The sweeping roads of the event are fast and flowing and are often likened to a race circuit. The asphalt is smooth but abrasive in places, and can quickly become slippery as drivers cut across the open corners to shave tenths of a second from their stage times and drag stones and dirt onto the surface.

Loeb has won the rally 3 times in a row and many except him to win again , so do I. Duval replaced Latvala for the remaining tarmac rallys of the season and Latvala is now racing for the Stobart team. Battle for 2nd place is going to duelled between Duval and Sordo.

Loeb was fastest on every 6 stages that were ran on friday. Looks like an easy 1-2 for team Citroen...I'm not sure if Duval is allowed to drive any faster and I'm pretty sure that he will let Hirvonen pass him.

    Code:
     1. Sebastien Loeb Citroen 1.10.11,5
     2. Daniel Sordo Citroen + 15,8
     3. Francois Duval Ford + 41,3
     4. Mikko Hirvonen Ford + 44,1
     5. Petter Solberg Subaru + 1.47,5
     6. Urmo Aava Citroen + 2.01,2
     7. J-M. Latvala Ford + 2.04,4
     8. Chris Atkinson Subaru + 2.13,4

No surprises, Loeb dominated the whole weekend and setted fastest times on 11 stages out of total 18. The win was his season 9th and now he has tallied 45 wins in WRC, on tarmac Super-Seb is da man.

    Top 8 final standings.

    Code:
     1. Sebastien Loeb Citroen 3.21.17,4
     2. Daniel Sordo Citroen + 24,9
     3. Mikko Hirvonen Ford + 1.02,5
     4. Francois Duval Ford + 1.10,8
     5. Petter Solberg Subaru + 3.27,4
     6. J-M. Latvala Ford + 4.03,8
     7. Chris Atkinson Subaru + 4.04,9
