While I agree that we must face the reality. None of the "Normal / Free-to-air", in which the WRC interested - there is not any market / public. So, the only Dave would take it - Dave is an entertainment channel, therefore adds: "entertainment zones" on the program - which is probably less expensive than the full contents of the ISC. Although it may not be correct, we should be thankful for the small mercy.
