Gil De Ferran (Former Indy 500 winner & 2x CART Champ) will be entering a car into the ALMS LMP2 class. He will team up with Simon Pagenaud (Champ Car Atlantic Champ) in an Acura ARX-01b for the remainder of the 2008 season. It looks like Panasonic sponsorship is being finalized as well. More names, sponsors, and of course competition is great for ALMS.
