Is it possible to have the feature of images attachment in the post?

It seems that linking images is not permitted in the forums, and I was wondering if we can Attach images in the posts?

I always like to add pics in the posts, it makes the topic more interesting when it's better illustrated

The feature is already available, but is only accessible after completing 10 posts. When you start a new post or thread, simply go to the "Manage Attachments" button.
