I stated it because i now have a chance to catch either D1 or FD's full season. I wouldn't mind thoroughly watching either of the two and posting results/controversies.

Suit yourself guys, just a suggestion

Like I said already, feel free to start a thread and see how it goes. If no one is going to start a thread on it we might as well quit talking about it.

I'd give WetDog a thread about Jet Ski racing before I would even consider a thread about Drifting

I've been doing some watching today of various clips available on the mighty Youtube and even went to a few Drifting sites.. You know, actually have a look. Even the kid at the butcher shop drifts (at a track). His car was nice.. until he crashed it.

This has got to be the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. Utter garbage. And it's not just the seedy underbelly of street racers, and the 18 year olds with rich parents who by them a car that they have no idea how to drive (they can't help but drive sideways) that have tainted the 'sport'. What a waste of fuel and tyres!

    And it's not Racing

Let's face it. The majority of Drifting is done illegally on public roadways. And I don't care if some Dope who wants to act like an a$$ and can't drive, promptly removes himself from the gene pool, but far to often it is pedestrians, other motorists and passengers who get needlessly killed.

I'm not flaming ya Liz... Not yet anyway
