V8 Supercar on N. American TV??

Does anyone out there have any idea where I can watch these races? I saw some really cool online stuff but it was for some kind of subscribers and such. I don't see it on SPEED either so I may be screwed here.

The closest I've seen is a show on SPEED. I think it's called 'World Sport', but I'm not sure. It's only clips and highlights with a bit of news. It's a good show, but I certainly isn't a whole race

Here's an idea for SPEED! Lighten up on the NASCAR a 'bit' and perhaps showcase the WORLD of racing SPEED could be SO much more...

I think you should try that tvu/tuv player thing (never remember how it spells.) You can see atleast F1 races there so I think it could be possible to see V8's also.

    Thumbs up

Maybe Bigpond Sport is your best bet, you pay a subscription to bigpond(ISP) and you can watch the races live on your computer.

Stupid hyperlink keeps coming up, I know I know how to do it, just fiddly.

If you can't watch it on TV I think the second best option would be to register at racing-underground .com and start downloading. You need a Bittorrent client though.

It looks like there was some SPEED coverage last year so there's hope.

I just got to watch race one of the Clipsal 500 from Adelaide That was the first time I got to watch a whole (nearly whole) V8's race! Very entertaining What a bumpy track!

The pit area looks deadly Those guys in the pits must have one hell of a life insurance policy Are all the pit areas in Aussie V8's that chaotic and scary looking???

It was on tape from SPEED network from the States, on cable. Shows you how much attention it gets in North America Just for comparison sake, the Canadan Superbike series is played months later than the actual event Coverage of Motorsport in Canada is pathetic at best. That's why I have the WRF

WOW thats no good. Australia gets all the australian stuff on time but we get the international stuff 2 weeks after it was on. Like WRC, Moto GP, F1, Champcar. They are on in the middle of the night though.lol
