The most "team-loyal" starting grid emerged at the Portugese Grand Prix in 1996, where Williams took the first two places, followed by a combination of Benetton and Ferrari drivers, then by McLaren, Jordan, Sauber and Tyrell. The drivers of Ligier and Minardi formed the combination for the last grid spots. :!:

Jacques Villeneuve went on to win the race and pushed the 1996 title decision to the last Grand Prix of the season at Suzuka, Japan.

Well congratulations, I think that the starting grid for tomorrow's Chinese Grand Prix tops that!!

Renaults occupy the first two rows, followed by Honda and a combination of Ferrari and McLaren drivers. Then come BMW, a combination of Toro Rosso and Red Bull, followed by Williams, Toyota, Spyker and Super Aguri!
