    Year: 1979
    Car: Tyrrell
    Circuit: Kyalami
    Turn: Budget
    Problem that cause the accident:Throttle

    It's clearly Derek Daly in a tyrrell at Zanvoort, which makes the year 1980. It's was a brakes failure.

    The corner is turn 1 at Zandvoort, Tarzanbocht.
